Our client is seeking an experienced and savvy Regulatory Compliance Manager. This position is based in TN. This position will require 10% travel. JOB DESCRIPTIONThe Reulatory Compliance Manager will partner with the Quality Control team, merchandising and third party vendors to directly identify problems and implement process changes that eliminates these problems. The ideal candidate will have the ability to create/implement ISO 9001 procedures, create and review test protocols, and possess experience reviewing product walkthrough summaries.DUTIES/RESPONSBILITIES• Working knowledge of FHSA, CPSC and ISO 9001.• Experience working with buyers and suppliers, both domestic and international.• Strong time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.• Strong computer skills, including MS Office, MS Project and database applications.• Ability to effectively communicate, both verbally and in writing.• Working knowledge of FDA and regulations; ability to interpret and monitor accordingly.• Knowledge of food-related regulations, including HACCP and GMP, when working in consumables.BEST INDUSTRY – RetailBEST DEPARTMENT – Regulatory/Regulatory Affairs

Requirements:
Associates or Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration or a relate field is required.5 years of retail industry is required, specifically in Hardlines and Softlines when working in Non-ConsumablesCOMPENSATION70K – 80K plus bonus
