Corporate Real Estate & General Services, Financial Analysis Manager, Vice President Location: Metro NY / Jersey City, NJ Group Description Corporate Real Estate and General Services (CREGS) P&A and CFO Support team is responsible for the financial management of Corporate Occupancy, Real Estate Administration, Corporate Security, Corporate Aviation, Sourcing, Procurement, and Global Services (Travel, Dining, Conference Centers, Meetings & Events). CREGS Finance is accountable for managing financial information, ensuring a sound control environment, measuring performance, providing value-added analyses and metrics, and clearly presenting ideas to senior management within CREGS and to the six lines of businesses. Basic functions of the team include planning, forecasting, monthly reporting, product pricing, benchmarking, and business analytics. CREGS Finance is responsible for a gross global expense base of over $4B and a worldwide occupancy portfolio of 78 million square feet across 65 countries in over 6,600 properties. Position Summary This Manager role acts in a CFO capacity supporting one or multiple businesses with CREGS. The role is responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and monthly reporting. Specific tasks include performing monthly analysis of financial results, monitoring LOB allocations, managing the balance sheet (e.g., asset write-offs, accruals), and interacting with CREGS senior business managers. The ability to generate new ideas, streamline processes, and present to senior management is key. The role will have direct reports.
