Job Position:                  Printing / Production Graphic Design Artist
Job Description:             Entry level, in house graphic designer/production artist needed to join our graphics department.  Applicant must be highly organized with an excellent attention to detail.  This position will share supplier charge back billing responsibility.  Must have the ability to work efficiently on multiple projects to meet tight deadlines.  Opportunity for growth with great benefits.
Job Responsibilities:
·         Create graphic pieces based on requests from sales personnel ensuring quality and consistency in all materials
·         Proficiency in typesetting, proofing and creation of menus, table tents, shelf talkers etc.
·         Proof all artwork for errors and content before submitting
·         Preparation of vendor charge-backs by brand
·         Work with sales team to provide quality service to the customers
·         Constantly look for ways to improve efficiency, manage expense and improve service
·         Manage and coordinate jobs ensuring timely delivery of all artwork requests
·         Communicate project status, specifications and requirements to ensure highest quality
·         Organize and maintain all artwork on system so jobs are properly named, filed and easily accessible.
Job Requirements:
·         Must have recent experience in Adobe Photo Shop, Adobe PageMaker and Quirk using Windows Operating System (PC Platform)
·         Excellent typing, spelling and proofing skills
·         Excellent attention to detail
·         Time Management skills
·         Solid knowledge of print production and printing processes
·         Ability to multi-task to meet demanding deadlines
·
