Key Responsibilities:
Financial partner for the Go-To-Market Strategy team
Financial lead for productivity savings plan, forecast and reporting
Develop action oriented performance reports to capture results versus objectives providing management with explanation of results
Own the financial evaluation of new productivity initiatives for the Go-To-Market team to include data mining and analytics to optimize business decisions
Ad hoc Distribution financial analysis and reporting

Preferred Background:
MBA Finance or Accounting
3-5 years industry experience preferred
5+ years accounting or related financial analysis experience
Hands on experience with developing interactive and complex Excel models for reporting and evaluation of results

Technical Dimensions:
Experience in gathering information from accounting and reporting systems.
Understanding of the relationship between financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Statement of Cash Flows)
Excellent computer skills including complex modeling and macro proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Oracle Financials and internal reporting systems
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
