Description:
Job Description Learning Specialist: This position will be responsible for designing, coordinating, and implementing professional and leadership development projects, focused on front line employee up through the management level. Projects include: Design, facilitate, and coordinate various fundamental leadership and professional development courses. Training topics include: foremen and supervisor leadership development coaching, accountability, presentation skills, emotional intelligence, conflict resolution, and professionalism. Experience Required: A minimum of 5 years experience in the design, facilitation, and coordination of professional and leadership development solutions. Must have passion and drive in executing training rollouts and be comfortable working in a collaborative, consensus driven work environment, as well as be open to various approaches to learning facilitation. Experience working with field leadership required (utilities or a similar industry). Preferred: Experience helping to drive cultural change initiatives, team development, working with a Learning Management System, as well as experience coaching leaders utilizing 360 degree tools.
