Experience:
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university or Graduation from a military command and staff college plus 10 years of task related experience (5 of which earned as O-4 or above) OR a combination of military operational experience (5 of which earned as O-5 or above). Title: Senior Analyst: SOCOM Joint Lessons Learned Program Specialist (JLLPS) Camber Corp. is seeking a specialist to join our Joint Training System Specialist team. We are searching for innovative, resourceful, and operationally experienced personnel who will work with the Joint Staff, Combatant Commands, Combat Support Agencies, and other agencies who will provide policy, operations, training, and lessons learned advice to senior officers and staff. The successful candidate will have a strong work ethic and competence in joint matters that will foster interaction with senior leadership. Prior experience with lessons learned functions a plus. Familiarity with Joint Capability Integration and Development System (JCIDS), Joint Training, and Readiness processes are a plus. This position is located in Miami, FL and requires a TS clearance.
Duties:
Support the Command's Joint Lessons Learned Program (JLLP) process by developing policies and procedures that lead toward institutionalization of the JLLP within the SOCOM Area of Operations and within the DOD;and facilitates the issue resolution process for SOCOM. Coordinates with the established world-wide network of Specialists at other Combatant Commands, Services, Combat Support Agencies, and Inter agency organizations, Supports the refinement/establishment of efficient/effective processes for collecting, processing, analyzing, archiving, and distributing observations/lessons learned/issues (O/L/Is) as a result of operations, training events, and testing/experimentation.
