DIRECTOR, BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Prospect, Propose, Present and Close new business opportunities in specified regional markets within a sales territory.
• Generate and Manage complex proposals and RFP responses to target clients within a sales territory.
• Manage a New and Re-Up Business Pipeline / Forecast.
• Establish and Manage High level Relationships with National and Regional Property Management, Real Estate Ownership, and Trade contacts.
• Obtain / Exceed a New Business Quota for a 12 month Sales Period
• Uncover and Propose Marketing Opportunities.
• Establish a Presence within Trade Organizations in the specified regional markets throughout the sales territory.
• Develop a business plan to attack target markets / verticals within the sales territory.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• 3+ years experience in Sales or Account Management.
• 3+ years experience preferred in Parking Operations, Property Management, or Commercial Real Estate.
• Property Management / Property Ownership relationships.
• Adept in complex proposal generation.
• Excellent Presentation skills.
• Skilled on Microsoft office suite. (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
• Undergraduate University degree highly recommended.
