Description:
Insurance Company home office opportunity with high visisbility and chance for advancement;
Location: Helena, MT
Duties: Provide expert safety services and quality assurance for Company’s safety services program and special projects. Perform quality assurance of safety management consultants’ application of policies, best practices and procedures in support of Company’s Safety Vision. Develop, coordinate and deliver safety seminars and workshops for Montana employers. Perform needs based safety management technical support and special projects as assigned. Support safety services program through management of specialty equipment or vendor provided services
Education and experience: Requires a bachelor's degree in safety management (or related field) plus 5 years progressively responsible safety management work experience or a master’s degree in Safety Management (or related field) plus 2 years of progressively responsible safety management work experience. Safety Management quality assurance work experience is preferred. Safety Management experience in insurance environment is preferred. Professional designation as CSP, CIH, or ALCM is and other relevant designations and certifications are preferred.
