Hours: 3rd Shift- Must be flexible to work anytime between 10p-7a Monday through Sunday (shifts cannot be chosen, but are determined by the client)
Salary up tp $14.37/ hr
Southwest OKC Call Center is hiring for Call Directors. These positions will be the first line of contact for IT customers on the phone. Will be responsible for taking basic information and routing calls to correct source/departments. Must have basic technical aptitude the ability to route calls correctly with little training.
Seeking a minimum of 1-2 years of previous IT help desk/Help Desk Support work experience, excellent communication skills both oral and written, problem solving abilities as calls may be complex in scope. Will consider candidates with strong call center experience dealing with troubleshooting or technical issues. Client seeking stable work history and tenure.
Must be able to pass a Background Check and Drug Test
