Hours: M-F 8a-5p
Salary $10-12/hr DOE
This position is working for a banking/mortgage company as a lead quality control associate. Responsibilities include: *Performance of daily call monitoring within the loss mitigation department for all employees on the phones
*Assessment of performance gaps, recommendation, implementation and evaluation of learning performance solutions within the call content.
*Performance of feedback sessions geared towards development of employee skill sets to meet company service objectives
*Bilingual a must (Spanish)
*Proven experience overseeing direct reports
*Ability to evaluate customer service and communication skills
*Strong verbal and written communication skills
*3-5 years management experience
*Experienced in financial services and a Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
Requirements:
Background check/ Credit Check/ Drug required
Education: Some College
Experience: At Least 3 Years
