Requirements:
5+ years in an Administrative/Office Management position/ Business Operations. A Bachelor’s degree in business, management information systems, communications or other related fields. Outstanding computer and internet skills with strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite. Individual must possess a self-motivated attitude and willingness to take on new responsibilities. Strong communication and organizational skills required. Applicants will be subject to a background investigation and must meet eligibility requirements to access classified information.
Job Duties:
• Planning, directing, managing and coordinating day-to-day business activities. • Create and maintain spreadsheets and databases • Compose and format documentation including letters, briefing books, and communications • Create presentations • Coordinate a variety of resources • Obtain information for special projects. • Maintain calendar for Group business activities and Senior Vice President. • Coordinate meetings and conference schedules. • Plan and manage events. • Develop and maintain contact lists for business engagements. • Arrange conference calls, manage call back lists. Initiate travel arrangements, create detailed itineraries.
