We are seeking a highly professional contract professional to act as the Application Support lead for one of our major clients in the South San Francisco Area. The ideal candidate will provide day to day support for Watson LIMS applications or other applications.

Job Title App Support - All Others
Duties
* Provide day to day support (first line support) for Watson LIMS application or other applications.
* Knowlege of any of the following: any LIMS, OpenLab, PKS, WinNonLin and GLP/GCP.Provide first line support for WatsonLIMS application.
* Expertise in any of the following: LIMS, OpenLab, PKS/WinNonLin.
* Tasks will include managing user accounts, creating study information, reporting data, and providing system troubleshooting and customer assistance for daily activities.
Requirements:
* Knowledge of Waton LIMS or similar LIMS applications.
* Experienced working in GLP, GCP environment preferred.
* Excellent customer relationship and customer service skills.
* The ability to understand a customers business and how IT contributes to the delivery of that product or service.
* Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and relationship building skills.
* Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
* Excellent project management skills.
" Understanding of Biotech or Pharmaceutical Manufacturing industry is a plus
" Able to work independently, respond to support requests, and diagnose and troubleshoot issues.
" Highly developed and effective written and verbal communication skills.
" Proficiency in prioritization and multi-tasking to ensure that tasks are completed on time
" Effectively collaborates with business users and systems group
" Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
" Excellent attention to detail required - hands on attitude
" Must be self-starter with passion for continuous self-improvement
Education
* BS or BA in Computer Science or Business Administration or relevant discipline required.

* Clear, concise verbal and written communications

* Excellent customer service/people skills
* Ability to work within a diverse workforce
* Must be a team player
