Description:
Basic Function
The Auto Floor Plan Department is responsible for completing audits of a dealership’s floor plan credit lines. An audit is defined as the physical inspection of each vehicle that is floor planned by a dealership. These audits are an essential component of credit line maintenance as they assist in identifying the level of risk and exposure associated with each credit line.
Responsibilities:
~Perform physical inspection at the specific dealership
~Reconcile undisposed units
~Review ownership documentation for units neither seen nor sold
~Perform data entry using proprietary software
~Print dealer reports and review for accuracy
Basic Qualifications:
~High School Diploma or GED or equivalent work experience
~Basic knowledge of personal computers and software
~Excellent written and verbal communication skills
~Ability to interact with various levels of Bank and dealership personnel
~Must be able to work independently and unsupervised
~Demonstrating an understanding of Bank policy by following correct procedures
Ideal Qualifications
~One (1) to two (2) years collections/credit experience
~Knowledge of dealer functions and related Bank procedures
