Description:

We are looking to hire Loan Processors, Closers and Underwriters for our clients in Downers Grove, Rolling Meadows, Lisle, North Aurora and Oak Brook.
Duties to include (but not limited to) the following:
* Candidates MUST have 2-3 years recent residential mortgage loan experience!
* Must have government loan experience (FHA, VA and HUD) for all of the listed positions.
* Loan processors must have experience maintaining a pipeline of a minimum of 40+ loans!
* Candidates with mortgage sales experience only, will not be considered for the loan processing positions
Requirements:
Candidates must have recent relevant experience (within the past year) in order to be considered!
Candidates with mortgage sales experience only will not be considered!
The rate of pay is $15-$18 for the Loan Processor positions.
The rate of pay is $15-$19 for the Closer positions.
The rate of pay is $20-$24 for the Underwriter positions
