We identify fraud, waste and abuse through data analysis, preparing documentation and reporting our findings to contracted health plans.We are Looking for the following:- Claims Investigator, Medical Record Review, Research and DocumentationSkills:- Proficiency in excel, access and word.- Ability to manipulate data to identify patterns (data lead).- Determination to follow a data lead through to a cause (analytical).- Self starter with the ability to work independently and take initiative.- Proficiency in writing your data findings into word form.- Ability to verbally relate findings to client's upper level management.- Excellent research and documentation skills to document findings with applicable laws.- Understand claims adjudication and provider contract fee schedule.- Understand various provider specialty and facility types and their applicable billing methodology.- Strong mathematical skillsEducation/Experience requirements:Bachelor's Degree or 4 years experience in accounting, finance, investigative, statistics, or similar field.
