Enclipse is seeking a Business Analyst for a 6 month contract (contract-to-hire possibility) to work with our premier client in Oakland , CA. this is with a major medical healthcare provider.*benefits available*W2 only (no third parties, 1099s or corp-to-corps) Job Responsibilities Identify and implement improvements in the offshore infrastructure (eg network) that supports the offshore resources in India Identify support requirements needed for development and testing activities in India and work with the technology teams to implement improvements. Identify and implement improvements in operational processes such as invoicing. Develop and manage vendor actions plans focused on improving overall service and correcting deficiencies. Develop and manage monthly communications and performance metrics reporting. Basic Qualifications Bachelors degree or equivalent experience 5+ years experience in IT Strong communications, presentation, project management, analytical, and negotiation skills Ability to work within a complex organization and act as a dynamic change agent. Need to be able to get in and resolve issues and implement changes Need experience working on small to medium size projects Preferred Qualifications Experience with offshore IT sourcing.Local candidates only (no relocation assistance available)
