Description:
Must be willing to work in the Middle East. Equivalent to a USAF 9-skill level. Red X, Exceptional Release, and IPI Certified. Manages scheduled and unscheduled Maintenance Schedules, as well as ensuring adherence to Technical, QA, Security, Safety, Health and Environmental regulations, policies, and procedures. Maintains customer relationships and achieves performance standards for aircraft maintenance. Must be able to obtain a DoD clearance.
- Reports to the Maintenance Manager
- Manages, directs and controls organizational level maintenance to achieve mission objectives
- Executes efficiently to achieve profit goals on all contracts
- Establishes maintenance policy, programs and procedures to deliver service excellence to the customer
- Attracts, hires, trains and retains personnel with the right experience, competency, work ethic and moral character to deliver service excellence to the customer
- Mentors and leads personnel to promote individual achievement and advancement
- Instills maintenance discipline, high quality and safety standards, and strict personal and professional ethics in all maintenance personnel
- Analyzes aircraft mission capability and maintenance indicators and takes action to continuously deliver services at or above the performance standards.
- Front Line POC for USAF Quality Assurance Evaluators (QAE)
- Deploys to OCONUS locations per deployment rotation plan
