Aurora Loan Services is currently looking for a Customer Service Representative I.
 
The Customer Service Representative I provides support on the phone to all Aurora mortgage loan customers. General Duties:
Answer Customer Service phone calls during required shift providing support to Aurora’s mortgage loan customers.
Use Aurora’s computer systems to document, update and maintain history of customer interactions.
Provide support to customers in areas such as escrow administration including taxes, insurance, payoffs, escrow analysis, cash application, special loans, and some knowledge of collections.
Ability to meet department standards with regard to job knowledge, quality, efficiency, initiative, teamwork, customer service, productivity and overall performance
Use soft skills and communication techniques to relay solutions to Aurora’s mortgage loan customers.
Qualifications:
High School or equivalent experience required.
1 – 2 years experience in a customer service position.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Experience working with loan history, payment application and escrow/corporate disbursements.
Proven problem solving, interpretive and decision-making skills.
Ability to perform basic mathematical and financial calculations.
Ability to take initiative and work under time pressure and deadlines and juggle multiple priorities.
