Seeking candidate with staff experience in joint command (preferably US Central Command). Individual qualifications include a working knowledge of the CENTCOM Headquarters and a good working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suites. Active Secret Clearance required.
Duties:
The contractor Suspense System Managers will support the USCENTCOM J5 (CCJ5) by providing onsite support for management and maintenance of the CCJ5-related data processes and procedures of the Command’s automated management and decision support tool. The managers will 1) facilitate the staffing and coordination of suspensed joint and interagency actions and the subsequent tracking of those USCENTCOM J5 actions; 2) review of J5 suspensed joint actions for potential problem areas, assign offices of primary responsibility (OPRs) and timelines required for timely completion; 3) advise CCJ5 leadership of potential problem suspense actions (which may include overdue, behind schedule, or mal-assigned OPRs); and 4) assist in preparing daily, weekly, and quarterly reports on status of staffing actions, while also assisting in the coordination of those joint and interagency high priority actions pertinent to the USCENTCOM mission and the Commanders Objectives. Contractor will provide additional support relating to staffing processes and procedures as directed.
