Title: Business Development Executive
Location: Philadelphia, PA

Description:
This position is established to identify, qualify and capture IT Services business opportunities with clients for staff augmentation and strategic sourcing opportunities. You will be responsible for new business development, account management and sales execution. Candidates must be knowledgeable and skilled in IT staffing sales, consultative selling, and have a successful track record of leading business development and relationship selling efforts into accounts in their territory. The ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate excellent oral and written communications skills, be skilled at customer presentations, and have prior successful experience selling technology or staffing services into new accounts.


Function:
This position will be part of an existing team responsible for business development and account management for Mastech's staffing services into new client accounts. Daily activities include prospecting, proposal development, account planning, telemarketing, and coordinating business development efforts to support Mastech new business strategy. As part of this strategy, the candidate will be responsible for cultivating and managing partnership arrangements with customers and prospects to help facilitate the fulfillment of customer IT staffing requirements. The candidate needs to be capable of establishing and building high level relationships with a strong track record in positioning organizational capabilities and IT Services, meets and confers with line management regarding the status of specific sales opportunities, pipeline, proposal activities and problems, issues, or conflicts requiring resolution.


Requirements:
- Prefer Candidates with prior staffing industry relationships and experience with solid customer relationships
- Prefer candidates with demonstrated experience selling IT Services contracts with a quota of at least $2 million or more in services related business.
- Candidates should have a record in selling ERP/CRM skills.


Compensation:
This position offers a base salary, commissions, bonus and a competitive benefits package. Salary is commensurate with experience. All respondents must include a salary, references and commission history with their response in order to be considered.
