Description:
Our Operations department has an exciting opportunity for a Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) Analyst with 2+ years of Compliance Analysis experience. The position requires experience with BSA Compliance, daily monitoring and reporting of new account activity for adherence to the BSA Member Identification program. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for conducting enhanced due diligence on high-risk members and other projects as assigned. This includes providing OFAC checks for all branch and express personnel throughout the day.
Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong and thorough understanding of banking regulations (BSA Compliance preferred)
AML knowledge
OFAC knowledge
SAR knowledge
CTR knowledge
Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Suite of Products (Word, Excel and Outlook)
Ability to complete daily responsibilities with little supervision
Ability to maintain records in a detailed and organized manner
Ability to meet deadlines
Education: High School diploma or GED; some college preferred
