This Global Web Operation (GWO) consumer team consists of project mgrs, release mgrs, web developers, flash designers, app developers, QA engineers and supports consumer content publishing projects for external facing web presence. This includes implementing new page layouts, implementing social media components between multiple publishing platforms, launching product content updates and deploying all updates on CMS and web portal systems.
Responsibilities include:
Drive successful delivery on behalf of IT for internet marketing and web design projects for the Web Marketing business group.
Plan and manage projects to meet specific objectives
Elicit and define project requirements
Identify tasks
Determine dependencies
Balance resources and resource needs
Communicate expectations to team members and business partners
Ensure successful execution and deployment
Develop client relationships
Act as advocate for brand drivers, marketing messages and guidelines
Required Skills:
Project management
Stakeholder management
Resource management
Cross-team, cross-Geo coordination
Technical and process aptitude of publishing with a CMS system
Additional Skills:
Web metrics (Omniture, Forsee, etc.)
Technical site strategy (blogs, CMS, Mashups, etc.)
Corporate branding and internet marketing
