Description:
We have an exciting temporary full-time Coordinator position available in our Financial Products Department. This position is responsible for the coordination and day-to-day program needs of the various Jackson Hewitt financial products through February 2010.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist Financial Products staff with incoming calls from franchisees during Go-Live and customer escalations during program launch(s). Will also be required to make outbound calls to franchisees and customers to provide assistance and appropriate problem resolution.
Assist and coordinates the rollout of all bank product programs. Provides assistance to Franchise Service Managers and Franchisees in the annual Financial Product agreement process (Go-Live) this includes MPLOC, ipower Card, Warranty programs/participation. Works with JH NHQ and Technology teams during the program sign-up processes.
Organization and filing of all agreements and documents. Also putting together a current year samples book.
Runs daily product usage reports from various reporting systems and consolidates information for Financial Product management.
Assists in writing the content for communications memos, training manuals and guides (RAL, Refund Services) and ensures information is up to date in print and electronic copy. Also coordinate the posting of all Financial Product docs and agreements on JHnet.
Maintains daily communication and interaction with various constituencies including banks, franchisees, vendors, internal departments (Franchise Services, Information Technology, Marketing, and Finance) and FP management.
Performs other duties as required.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Finance or equivalent related experience.
Experience/Requirements
Minimum 3 years customer service experience.
2 years financial industry experience a plus.
Proficiency with various software programs including MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
