Description:
Crawford Communications Group (www.crawfordgroup.com) is seeking a qualified Senior Program Manager for an ongoing consulting engagement with one of our leading technology clients located in the San Francisco Bay area. Please note that no phone calls will be accepted. Local San Francisco Bay Area candidates only please.
 
The successful candidate is a strong writer and editor who has managed and developed global content in support of field sales and partner-facing programs. Our consultant will work with subject experts to turn their knowledge into effective and targeted communications content and collateral spanning a wide range of deliverables from sales guides to e-learning content. Must  be able to achieve global alignment in production and content-related issues, to provide seamless rollout.
 
You Have:
 
Technology services experience with a large, global company, working within a geographically dispersed team.  Must have exposure to sales/channel.
 
8 - 10 years marketing experience, with an emphasis on developing and delivering content for field and partner-facing programs.
 
Software, as well as enterprise market experience a plus.
 
Strong skills in PowerPoint, Excel and Word coupled with the ability to develop PowerPoint presentations, VoDs and podcasts for collateral pieces.
 
Ability to craft deliverables from a strategic as well as practical point of view.
 
Proven ability to develop presentations on behalf of senior executives, including script content and managing session production.
 
Experience with internal communications including the ability to create a solid communication plan that is a blueprint to provide content and status to the stakeholder audience.
 
Proven track record of building relationships across a diverse organization, fostering trust and credibility.
 
Understanding of metrics and how to use them to continually improve deliverables within a program or initiative.
 
Duration: ASAP – January 22, 2010.
Hours/location: 40 hours/week with some offsite flexibility.
Rate: $70 per hour, D.O.E, as a w-2 employee of Crawford Communications Group.
