Regional Sales Manager West Coast Region
Great opportunity to join a fast growing custom medical manufacturing company!
The Opportunity:
The primary focus of this position will be to create and build client relationships while sponsoring interaction to obtain projects/bookings for the organization. Assist in developing and facilitating the proposal process for specific clients including budget and pricing development, proposal writing, contract negotiations, and client presentations.
Responsibilities:
Leads the Client Relationship Process to build credibility and establish trust
Assist in formulating standard/routine proposals in conjunction with engineering and project management.
Research customer needs for services.
Develops and delivers sales presentations and proposals that result in sales/bookings.
Monitor, analyze and communicate sales data via contract management software, to contribute to sales forecasting and planning process.
Develop and maintain communications in a cooperative and professional manner with all levels of staff and clients.
Qualifications:
A bachelor’s degree and five to eight years of proven success working in sales in similar industry (custom engineered/manufactured medical product ).
Previous experience working within the plastic injection molding industry a must.
Demonstrated effective interpersonal and communication skills
Well developed presentation skills.
Excellent customer relations skills.
Ability to influence and persuade to achieve desired outcomes.
Strong analytical, problem solving and negotiation skills.
Excellent organizational, planning and prioritization skills.
Proficient PC skills in a Windows environment.
Must be able to travel as needed.
