Duties
Supports senior analysts in executing program tasks, producing program requirements documentation and other analytical tasks. Documents team and program meetings, SETR events, and risk management boards. Facilitates and coordinates all integrated product team functions for the IPT leader including communicating with the system vendor. Initiates and follows up with document routing through higher levels of leadership basewide. Use knowledge of DoD policies and procedures to coordinate, develop and edit briefing materials per the Program Manager (PM). Learns to create and/or populate complex spreadsheets, presentations and databases. Seek training in acquisition tasks/functions and research DoD, US Navy and NAVAIR regulations/instructions. Create documentation & presentations independently for Department of Defense acquisition programs including new aircraft, aircrew systems, missiles and munitions.
Qualifications
BS/BA with strong quantitative background with 4 years experience. Must be able to obtain a Secret Clearance. Mid-level program analyst with very strong analytical skills and significant potential. Engineering and applied mathematics courses a plus. Previous work for the Federal Government is required. Experience with defense acquisition systems enginerring methods and procedure. Understanding of the acquisition lifecycle and SETR (systems engineering technical review) prcesses required.
