Salary $10-$12/hr

Hours: M-F 8-5

Candidate(s)will be responsible for reviewing title searches on loan modifications, identifying and resolving address, vesting and lien issues. Customer contact is a requirement for this position.
This position requires strong attention to detail and customer service skills. Research is a component of the position and issues must be communicated timely. The successful candidate must be self motivated, organized, have strong written and communication skills and able to multi-task. Must also be able to effectively solve problems and recommend solutions.

Requires a mininum of 2-4 years strong clerical work experience, title experience is preferred but not required. Intermediate MS Excel and MS Word are required.

Requirements:
Background check, Drug Test, Credit Check are required

HS Diploma or GED is required

Education: Some College

Experience: 3-5 Years
