Tax Manager, CPA, Sub C, C Corp, Federal Tax Manager, CPA, Sub C, Corp, State Tax, Federal Tax Skills Required - CPA, Tax Manager, Public Accounting, Federal Tax, Master's in Taxation, C-Corp, Sub C, Complex Returns, Tax Strategy, Staff ManagementCPA, Tax Manager, Public Accounting, Federal Tax, Master's in Taxation, C-Corp, Sub C, Complex Returns, Tax Strategy, Staff ManagementWe have an exceptional Tax Manager position at a Public Accounting firm available!Are You an Awesome Tax Manager with 7 years of Big 4 Public Accounting Experience?What you will need for this position:Bachelor's Degree CPA M.S., Taxation is a plus7 Years of Big 4 Public Accounting experienceExperience managing staffC-Corp Tax Experience Sub C ExperienceWhat you will be doing:* Implement client tax plans by managing tax engagements; recommending federal, state, local, and foreign tax strategies, positions, returns, and payments; researching tax strategies; developing new business; supervising staff.* Accomplishes engagements by planning and supplying resources; determining project deadlines; reviewing and approving recommendations and solutions* Recommend tax strategies, plans, and solutions by understanding client's business requirements; researching and tracking economic, political, and legislative trends affecting and potentially affecting client's business; identifying, reviewing, and researching federal, state, local, and foreign taxation issues.* Prepare federal, state, local, and foreign tax documents by approving preparation of work papers, positions, schedules, returns, and IRS filings, including those for subsidiaries; reviewing payroll, property, and sales and use, and income taxes.* Improve client tax administration by recommending procedures, guidelines, systems, documentation, and reporting to federal, state, local, and foreign authorities.* Manage client engagement expectations by communicating engagement status and issues; resolving concerns; analysing time and cost issues; approving reports.* Develop business by expanding existing relationships with clients; participating in civic, business, and professional organizations.* Protect organization's value by keeping information confidential.* Update job knowledge by tracking and analysing new legislation; participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.* Contribute to tax team results by welcoming new and different work requirements; exploring new opportunities to add value to the organization; helping others accomplish related job results as and where needed.What you will receive in return:Competitive SalaryBonusFull BenefitsVery limited travelTeam Environmentand much moreSo, if you have your CPA and 7 years performing tax (Sub C) in a Big 4 public accounting firm, we want to review your Resume IMMEDIATELY!
