Nurse PractitionerLocation - NYC (Midtown)Duration - 6+ months contract Part-time position: Mon-Wed-Thursday, Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM with one hour for lunch (7 hr work day) Qualifications: Must be licensed as Registered Nurse and Nurse Practitioner in State of New York with minimum of 3 years of clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner.Possess a Federal DEA number. Certification BLS and ACLS is required. Job functions: Provide episodic occupational and non-occupational clinical evaluations based on Global Occupational Health and Wellness (OHW) Nursing Guidelines.Provide wellness examinationsDemonstrate working knowledge of OSHA and other Federal and State regulations; Workers Compensation.Perform medical surveillance evaluations Provide immunizations as requiredDocument clinical encounters in electronic medical database Skills:Ability to draw blood and/or start intravenous linesAbility to interpret basic EKGsGood interpersonal relationship skillsComputer skills: Outlook, Word, Excel
