Ability to communicate effectively with technical, private health care providers, and Clent program staff, Demonstrated experience and expertise in the implemntation of HL7 Laboratory interfaces, Demonstrated experience and expertise with the Quovadx Cloverleaf Integration Broker Hardware and Software, specifically; Extensive understanding and experience with TCL coding. Experience with TCL libraries. Experience in ODBC call. Experience Cloverleaf commands and XML. Experience and understanding of HL7 segments. Demonstrated skills in multi-tasking and management of complex processes. Understanding of general health care concepts, strategic planning, and experience with consensus building. Objectives: Facilitate the process of ELR in accordance with Florida Administrative Code 64D-3, Create rules and defined transformation logic for as part of translation of HL7 messages to SQL 2005 databases, Appropriate programming for various ELR feed sources to facilitate needed data conversions, Ensure optimized flow controls from messages to database destinations, Contribute to strategic planning for long term implementation fo ELR for Client, Evaluate, Troubleshoot, and Monitor the ongoing operations of ELR stakeholders across the Divisions and Bureaus of Client.
