Maintenance Mechanic / Technician – Plastic Injection Molding

Our client is a total plastics contract manufacturer and product design company. They specialize in manufacturing complex, high-precision injection molded components and assemblies. Our client’s team is a best-in-class blend of mold and engineering expertise, skilled mold making, a thorough knowledge of engineering thermoplastics processing, and a high-level service and quality awareness. They are seeking to add to their team to ensure they give each client the best the industry has to offer.
Maintenance Mechanic:
+ Maintain all equipment including compressed air system, both chilled and evaporative water system, pneumatic material convey system, robotics and gas assist system.
+ Share your knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, digital electronics, electric motors, power transmission, lubrication, PLC's, computers and electrical schematics.
+ Perform preventative maintenance coordinate and communication with other departments.
The successful candidate must have:
+ Minimum of 5 years related experience.
+ Minimum of 2 year recent experience in plastic injection molding.
