We have an immediate need for a Project Manager, located in Virginia Beach, Virginia, to manage operations and maintenance activities at multiple project sites associated with performance contracts.
In order to be successful in the role of Project Manger for NORESCO, you will need to be able to successfully complete the following tasks.
1. Planning, coordinating and executing regular preventive maintenance and inspection activities for multiple projects. Schedule and manage maintenance and repair activities by subcontractors at assigned sites.
2. Interface with customers and subcontractors as assigned and prepare reports that are well written and accurate.
3. Make frequent site visits to meet with customer and subcontractors and inspect subcontractors work,
4. Detect and resolve developing systems problems.
5. Maintain and update project folders and files.
6. Maintain good customer relations.
7. Ensure that control systems and data acquisition systems are collecting M&V trend data as needed.
8. Analyze energy trend data to detect problems in system operations.
9. Respond to O&M site problems by calling appropriate site contact personnel or subcontractor when necessary to coordinate resolution.
