Dental Assisting Instructor
Location: Lancaster Campus @ 3050 Hempland Road, Lancaster, PA
DESCRIPTION OF MAJOR DUTIES AND TASKS Reports to the program director and develops and maintains instruction methodology which allows individual students to have a sense of successfully accomplishing goals leading to employment in their career field.
Main duties include:
Insuring that student policies are followed and rights are maintained
Keeping timely and accurate academic records
Evaluating students’ clinical performance and making recommendations
Actively seeking learning experiences for students within the clinical setting
Supervising students within assigned clinical setting
Teaching courses that include:
Dental Anatomy / Terminology
Dental Sciences
Career Success Seminar
Basic Computer Fundamentals
Dental Chairside Assisting I, II
