Compensation: $40/ Hourly
Role: Business Analyst - Clinical Operations
Role Description: The Business Analyst - Clinical Operations would need to have at least 10 years of experience. This Candidate would work as part of the ICD-10 impact assessment core team to determine the business and people impact across Clinical Operations, Revenue Cycle, and Health plan. The Analyst would be responsible for the maintenance and possibly extension of functionality of an existing Access database that is used as central repository for all business and people impact information. This includes uploading Excel based information into the database, data cleansing, and supporting analysis.
In addition, this Candidate would support the build out of a cost model to determine business and people related cost that will incur as a result of the transition to the new code set.
Required Skills:
- Finance/ Cost Modelling.
- Access Database skills.
- Analytical skills and experience working with large Data sets.
- Health Care background is a plus but not a requirement.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science
Experience: Minimum 10 years
Relocation: This position will not cover relocation expenses
