Description:
We are currently recruiting for a Medical Billing Specialist. Responsible for accurate and timely billing of electronic and hardcopy medical claims, daily submission of large volume, first time HCFA and UB92 format. Completion of AHCCCS and Medicare provider applications and monitor process through to completion. Monitor data validation by report prior to billing. Monitor and load electronic Explanation of Benefits and related reports accurately and timely. Excellent customer service skills required. Responsible for thorough understanding payer billing requirements and procedures. Responsible for accurate record keeping of claims billing. Identifies and resolves problems with claims billing. Assists in maintaining claim billing procedure manuals. Works closely with supervisor in establishing timelines for billing. Minimum of 3 years of experience is required.
