Financial services company seeking a top-notch Senior Collections Representative to join their team immediately!

The Senior Collections Representative will be responsible for the collection and follow-up of all delinquent and negative past due accounts within the initial stage of delinquency.

Job Responsibilities:
-Initiating telephone contact on all delinquent, past due accounts.
-Follows-up on accounts as needed
-Monitors all past due loans
-Maintain accurate, complete documentation of collection activity
-Reconcile member disputes i.e. payroll problems, misapplied payments, finance charges, and/or late fees as required.
-Monitors credit cards to assure balances do not exceed limits
-Assist in the collection of return deposit items (RDI) as required
-Recommends alternative collection program options and/or modifications to resolve delinquencies as needed

Qualifications:
-2-5 years of recent collections experience
-Must have excellent credit and clean background
-Clear, concise, and tactful with communication
-Consistent follow-up skills
-Highly detail-oriented and organized
-Polished, professional appearance and demeanor
