Description:
We have an immediate need for a few loan processors and underwriters. The loan processor is responsible for processing and managing a pipeline of 75-100 residential mortgage loans per month. The key functions are collecting pertinent loan information, clerical duties and gathering appropriate documentation according to underwriting guidelines. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience and be able to provide customers with the highest level of customer service.

The underwriter position is responsible for approving 20-25 residential loan files on a daily basis. This job entails complex underwriting on conforming Jumbo products and needs to be familiar with Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac investor guidelines.
