POSITION SUMMARY:

The Clarity Systems Support Technician is responsible for the configuration, data administration, maintenance and user support for Client's Informatics_ project and financial management reporting tool: Clarity. The Support Technician works independently to triage, diagnose, solve and communicate the results user problem reports and user requests.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Customer Service:

* Triage and respond to user-generated support tickets in a timely, professional and effective manner.
* Engage other support technicians as necessary to drive customer requests to rapid and total completion

Administration and Configuration:

* Responsible for configuration and data administration of Clarity Server 8.1
* Administer and maintain current Cubes, Reports and Objects
* Create user accounts and ensure appropriate authentication methods and security measures are in place
Reporting and Analysis:
* Develop and maintain Reports and Report definitions
* Provide ad hoc reporting needs to support business decisions and operations
* Maintain and update current procedural documentation
Team Work:
* Work as part of a project and functional team to coordinate and execute excellent user support
* Communicate regularly with technical, applications and operational staff to provide support-level feedback
* Work with the application support / development teams on major changes that may impact users

Others:

* Responsible for completing other work requirements or tasks that are requested by management when necessary to meet the goals and objectives of the department or company
Skills Minimum 3 years of Clarity (Niku) administration experience
* Strong understanding of database structures and table relationships
* Must have strong communication skills; recognized as a subject matter expert
* Strong analytical, documentation, and knowledge transfer skills*
* Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service skills
* Highly organized individual with exceptional task management and follow-up skills
* Must be able to easily interface with the user community
* Must be an excellent team player
* Must be an independent worker with superb time-management skills and foresight to deliver quality results with minimal guidance
* * Must have Mastery-level or Proficiency-level English verbal and writing skills
Keywords
