As a Human Resources Generalist, you will build and maximize the efforts of the Annuities team. Key responsibilities of the position:
Assigned to a client group to develop, implement and administer human resources programs and policies.
Will maintain a strategic partnership with management in developing and implementing programs that support business goals and objectives.
Thorough knowledge of human resources policies, procedures, performance management, employee relations, organizational design, workforce/talent management, succession planning and leadership development required.
Will develop programs on valuing diversity, managing change with an emphasis on work culture issues and increasing employee satisfaction.
Work with corporate functions such as Human Resources Shared Services, Compensation, and Staffing in partnership to execute day to day activities.
Will work collaboratively wand proactively to meet the needs of the client groups.
