Description:
This well known and established company is in need of a excellent Customer Service Manager who has had experience working in a hospital or a acute care facility as well having experience in a call center environment. You will be in charge of monitoring and coordinating all Customer Service, Self-Pay and Customer Service support activities to ensure work assignments are equitable and accounts receive timely follow up. Some of your duties will be to delegate work assignments to teams, approve weekly assignment reports, provide training and development of the teams. Also to analysis the call center, do quality assurance, serve as a interdepartmental liaison and handle all escalated calls. If this sounds like you then apply to this position.
