Description:
This stable and great company is in need of a excellent Research Associate. Looking for someone who has had experience doing research in a government entity. Some of your daily duties will be to collect background information in courts that will be used to design the project, create the protocol that will be used by the case managers, create a data collection and outcomes measurement system for the project, collect and analyze the data and write a progress report for the grantor.
1) Review background and data on child welfare and court data
2) Design work plan and data collection systems for pilot courts
3) Monitor data collection and data submissions
4) Analyze court and child welfare data with SPSS or SAS statistical software
5) Draft progress reports on the pilot project

Requirements:
Equivalent to a Bachelor's degree, preferably with major course work in statistics, mathematics, social science or public or business administration with a concentration in research methods and three years of professional analytical experience
