Description:
Respond to franchise inquiries received from phone calls, e-mails and website
Record all inquiries, log in Appt. set times, days and mode of referrals
Set up Appointments for Franchisee Presentations
Call to confirm set Appointments.
Gain knowledge and develop skills for giving Franchise Presentations
Understand with full knowledge and be able to speak about the Jan-Pro brand
Maintain all leads in the database through company software;
Responsible for keeping the lead flow updated and moving.
Initiate types of information to be mailed to ongoing prospects:
Send Thank you letters to all Franchise Candidates
Send Welcome letters to all new Franchisees
Send Thank you letters to all franchisees who referred new purchasing candidates
Call franchise owners to ask for new referrals of friends, co-workers, etc. quarterly
Assemble franchise presentation packets , UFOC's, and franchise signing packets
Initiate customer service calls to existing customers to insure excellent service
Document in Masterview all information regarding customer calls
Connecting with Operations Department when an issue arises
Requirements:
The successful candidate should have both sales and Outbound customer service experience (minimum 2 yrs. experience in each)
College degree preferred
Proficient in computers including Word, Outlook, Excel
Must have demonstrated time management skills and possess the ability to prioritize, not just tasks, but also franchise prospects, based on their level of interest and financial capabilities.
Should have impeccable follow up characteristics, the ability to develop trusting business relationships with franchise prospects and customers, and have desire to exceed expectations. Focus in the position is on specific daily activities that will produce desired results over time.
Should have the ability to make effective Presentations and have strong interpersonal communication skills
Must be a creative thinker with the ability to problem solve whether it be with
a customer or a franchise candidate needing assistance
Must have a positive, friendly attitude with a professional appearance
