Description:
Mastech Inc is a growing company dedicated to innovation and teamwork. We are currently seeking a PeopleSoft Benefit Administrator for our client in the Healthcare domain. This is a contract position and the client is looking for someone to start immediately.

Duration: 6 months
Location: Oakland, CA/ Zip Code: 94612
Compensation: $55/ Hourly

Role: PeopleSoft Benefit Administrator

Role Description: The PeopleSoft Benefit Administrator would need to have at least 7 years of experience. This Candidate would study the overall business and information needs of the organization and develop solutions to business and related technology problems. The PeopleSoft Benefit Admin's role is usually undertaken prior to the system design, building, and programming stages of the systems development process. This Candidate would work closely with the client to identify business needs and the costs and benefits of implementing a computing solution.

Responsibilities:

- Construct IT definitions based on identified needs of the organization.
- Work with other IT experts to address networking and hardware needs.
- Devise and document a general system design based on the client's anticipated requirements.
- Negotiate options with the client.

Required Technical Skills:

- Excellent knowledge and working experience with PeopleSoft and EPM.
- Understanding of the PeopleSoft HCM application.
- Expertise in writing Complex SQLs using PeopleSoft Query; WinSQL.
- Experience with DB2 database.

Additional Requirements:

- PeopleSoft HR and Benefits Analyst.
- Require translation of functional to technical specifications.
- EPM experience is a plus.
- Prior experience in PeopleSoft HR Benefits is a preference.

Nice to Have:

- Cognos Reporting skills.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science
Experience: Minimum 7 years
Relocation: This position will not cover relocation expenses
