Assignment Capsule
As a Clinical Insights Metrician you will: perform data analysis, develop algorithms, models and computational design to implement, document and present technical information to a broad audience. You will then apply each of these tools to real client data, discussing the results of your modeling solutions with other areas of the business.
Provide the critical and necessary analytic support for strategic initiatives withint Healthcare Delivery Systems and Clinical Processes.
Respond to clinical analytic queries from leadership, responsible for fulfilling analytic actions items from senior leadership commitees.
Supports strategic focus areas and serves as subject matter expert for clinical analytics.
Partner with internal groups to ensure consistent methodology across departments
Identify and recommend new data sources that will maximize analytic output and conclusions
Consult with the Sales department and with market clinical leadership to identify customer-centric characteristics that enhance methodology and reporting
Create customized reports with a team of analysts
Ensure full and clear documentation of all processes

Role Essentials
Bachelor's Degree in Math, Engineering or a related field
Prior statistical experience
Experience using Structured Query Language, SAS and/or SPSS
Comprehensive knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications
Role Desirables
Graduate Degree in Applied Sciences or Statistics
Actuarial background, preferably near Actuarial Sciences Associate level
Experience with large data sets and/or the analysis of patient-level healthcare
Knowledge of Oracle
Reporting Relationships
You will report to a Manager or Director. This area is under the leadership of the SVP and Chief Operating Officer.
