Position Description: Drive development of IT Strategic Plan through interaction with various IT and Business Stakeholders, and through application of IT Strategy Best Practices Drive evaluation of IT Strategic Plan through interaction with various IT and Business Stakeholders and through application of IT Strategy Best Practices Formulate effective strategies consistent with business and regulatory compliance strategy of the organization Examine policy issues and strategic planning with a long-term perspective. Facilitation of executive level strategy sessions. Elicit requirements through proper questioning, development of scenarios, and brainstorming sessions. Promote cooperation and collaboration between various IT and Business Stakeholders Clearly document and communicate IT Strategy components and final IT Strategic Plan Communicate project status, and resolve project issues Strategic-level thinker who can also operate at a detailed level Required Skills, Knowledge and Experience: IT Strategic Planning, including process, approach, and implementation Working with IT and Business stakeholders to ensure alignment of objectives, business strategy, business goals and government objectives with the IT Strategic Plan Developing, maintaining, and driving a detailed project plan for the development of the IT Strategic Plan Principles, methods, and techniques of IT Strategy assessment, planning, and evaluation Principles of IT and Business PMOs; Business and IT Governance; and Strategic Planning Project Portfolio management, governance, and prioritization In addition, must have: Experience working with State and Local government (Oregon preferred) Public Health experience Prior Management Consulting experience Ability to interact with, drive, and develop relationships with senior management Preferred Skills, Knowledge and Experience: PMP Certification
