Job DescriptionPerform proper posting and processing of payments, rejections, account reconciliation and advices within established guidelines with the highest degree of accuracy.Post insurance and patient payments.Provide posting and account reconciliation information to Accounting Department.Post rejections for all payer classes.Route rejected claims to appropriate party for additional follow-up per department work processes.Initiate payment challenges for all claims not paid according to contracted payers to fee schedule.Post payments for all payers classes.Process electronic remittance advices.Initiate sequential billing process.Candidate ProfileTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.Candidate SkillsHigh school diploma or general education degree (GED) one year related experience and/or training in a Healthcare claims position or bookkeeping experience helpful.Manpower is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE/AA)
