Position Description: Support evaluation and development of IT Strategic Plan through interaction with various IT and Business Stakeholders, and through application of IT Strategy Best Practices Supporting the development of design of the IT Strategic Plan, including process, approach, and implementation Working with IT and Business stakeholders to ensure alignment of objectives, business strategy, business goals and government objectives with the IT Strategic Plan Examine policy issues and strategic planning with a long-term perspective. Participate in executive level strategy sessions. Ability to elicit requirements through proper questioning, development of scenarios, and brainstorming sessions. Proficiency in principles of IT and Business PMOs; Business and IT Governance; and Strategic Planning Document and communicate IT Strategy components and final IT Strategic Plan Required Skills, Knowledge and Experience: Formulation of effective strategies consistent with business and regulatory compliance strategy of the organization Principles, methods, and techniques of IT Strategy assessment, planning, and evaluation Project Portfolio management, governance, and prioritization Strategic-level thinker who can also operate at a detailed level Working with State and Local government (Oregon preferred) Public Health experience Prior Management Consulting experience Ability to interact with, drive, and develop relationships with senior management
