Enclipse is seeking a Benefits Implementation Manager to work on a 12 month contract with our premier client in Burbank, CA. This is with a major medical healthcare provider.The purpose of the Benefit Implementation Manager is overall end-to-end testing management for benefit changes to ensure that we successfully test our benefits prior to their effective date.This position proactively manages testing activities. This position also works closely with the Benefit Portfolio Managers to ensure understanding of benefit portfolio pipeline and Lines of Business requests to ensure testing is done prior to multiple benefit effective dates.This position requires clear understanding of the products and healthcare benefit services offered to our customers, including cost shares, limits, accumulators and regularly rules and guidelines. Because this position works so closely with SCAL and NCAL Regions, it is imperative that this position proactively learns the business of our operational areas that administer benefits, both health plan and provider setting.KEY OBJECTIVES/DELIVERABLES-Accountable for regular communication to internal BSA peers, NCAL and SCAL region and National Office regarding work activities and implementation status and milestones -Benefit Test PlanThoroughly understands business and system requirements-Communication Plan for Testing Plan, strategy, scope and approach-Workplans and realization wheel(s) for benefit testing activities-Testing scenarios and scripts for technical implementation of benefit changes-PowerPoint documenting testing approach and scope at onset of testing-Definition of testing scope, including Products, Benefit Services, Benefit Offerings, Benefit Groupers and Visit Types for all BCIF benefit testing activities-Prepares and supports the management of project manager tools, including meeting agendas and notes-Issues/Risk Management tools -Status Reports-Dashboard communicationRequirements needed:Must be comfortable in fast-paced, continually changing environment with aggressive deadlines, ambiguity, multiple key stakeholders with conflicting needs and objectives but with ability drive work to completion. Motivated, dedicated, reliable, ability to speak and drive decision-making with peers and leadership.Ability to determine the key risks that need to be addressed to administer proposed benefit changes. Need to clearly articulate impacts to the client organization to support new benefit changes, and when they are approved, drive the end-to-end implementation of benefit changes, under moderate direction.Ability to determine the key risks that need to be addressed and develop action plans that are multi-faceted in nature and include both business process and system components.Minimum qualifications include:-Bachelors Degree in Health Care Administration, Business Administration, or equivalent experience required. Master s degree preferred-2-5 years experience in the Healthcare industry Health Plan or Provider operation roles such as benefits program administration, claims, case installation and/or revenue cycle-Experience in supporting and/or managing complex projects, affecting multiple stakeholders and applications, preferably in a multi-regional or multi-business unit organization-Thorough knowledge and understanding of project management and/or process improvement-Thorough knowledge of healthcare industry practices and standards, with broad knowledge of benefits, benefits administration and healthcare deliveryPreferred qualifications include:-Experience in highly matrixed organization-Demonstrated project management experience in a lead role-Broad experience working in multi-faceted teams-Proven experience develop test scenarios and scripts-Proven experience in issue defect management activities during testing-Strong interpersonal skills, especially persuasion and negotiation skills-Strong desire to learn and grow outside one s comfort zone-Experience working in and/or managing a system lifecycle during testing activities W2 only (no third parties, 1099s, or corp-to-corps)Benefits availableLocal candidates preferred no relocation assistance available
