Description:
Enclipse is seeking a Business Systems Analyst for a 6 month contract with our client in Oakland, CA. This is a major healthcare provider. Business Systems Analysts study the overall business and information needs of an organization, in order to develop solutions to business and related technology problems. A business Systems Analyst's role is usually undertaken prior to the system design, building and programming stages of the systems development process. Works closely with clients to identify business needs and the costs and benefits of implementing a computing solution. Construct IT definitions based on identified needs of the organization. Work with other IT experts to address networking and hardware needs. Devise and document a general system design based on the client's anticipated requirements. Negotiate options with the client.Additional Requirements : PeopleSoft HR and Benefits analyst. Require translation of functional to technical specifications. EPM experience is a plus. Prior experience in HR Benefits is a preference. Technical Skills required: Excellent knowledge and working experience with PeopleSoft and EPM Understanding of the PeopleSoft HCM application Expertise in writing complex SQLs using PeopleSoft query; WinSQLExperience with DB2 database Nice to have - Cognos reporting skills Prior experience in PeopleSoft HR-Benefits is a preference.W2 onlyLocal candidates preferred (no relocation assistance available)benefits available
