Description:
Adecco is currently recruiting a call center respresentative for a industry leader. The qualified candidate would have be responsible for handling customer telephone and will-call orders. Assists distribution with routing of daily deliveries. Confirms pricing on customer orders and submits special pricing as appropriate, pending Area Vice President approval. Acts as liaison between outside sales representatives, vendors and customers. Required to be available for monthly on-call duty for after-hours emergency delivery requests. Files shippers and other customer information on daily basis.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
• Research information on product lines.
• Processes phone orders and acts as liaison between customers, vendors, and sales staff.
• Communicate by phone and in person with customers, sales staff, store managers and others, inquiring about and providing information on cost, ordering and delivery times, etc.
• Coordinate with purchasing department any requirements for stock.
• Ensure all administrative procedures are strictly observed.
• Ability to multitask high workload
• Performs a full range of customer service duties; answers customer questions; order processing, researches, resolves, and responds to customer problems and complaints; have a through understanding to departmental policies and procedures.
• Submit requests for new account set ups, credit and rebill requests (CC tools and AFMRs), Maintain account maintenance as requested by the customer or Account Manager. Submit medical verification as needed and other related functions.
• Takes ownership and accountability for duties and special assigned tasks by management staff.
• Maintain and fills out required documentation directed by CS Supervisor/Manager.
• Ensure all safety rules are strictly observed.
• Receives and processes incoming purchase order request via phone, email or mail.
• Establish and maintain good customer relations.
• Additional duties may be assigned
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Must have high school diploma or GED with strong math and reading skills.
